Corrandulla/Annaghdown Senior Citizens Party takes place this Sunday, 7 January, in Regans, Cloonboo at 3.30pm. Dinner, entertainment and fun. Please let anyone know in your area who might be interested.

Annaghdown GAA Lotto; There was no winner and no match 3’s from the numbers drawn ; 6, 23, 24 and 25. The promoters prize went to Peggy's. Next week’s jackpot is  €4,750.Tickets available from all the local shops and pubs whom the club thank for their continued promotion of our weekly fundraising

Clothes Collection: Old & Used clothes collection is ongoing in the Old Hall. They can be dropped at the Hall, outside the Old School in the clothes bank or for collection contact 091 793796. The money collected goes towards the upkeep of all of the facilities here, old and new. Thank you for your ongoing support.

 

Anam Cara: An organisation that supports bereaved parents, will hold its next monthly Parent Evening on Wednesday 10th of January from 7.30pm-9:00pm in the Clayton Hotel, Briarhill, Galway. Anam Cara Galway offers a safe and comfortable setting where you can ‘drop the mask’ and be yourself among people who understand. This event is open to all bereaved parents regardless of the age your child died, the circumstances of their death, or whether this was recent or not.

Matt Cunningham Band; Set Dancing Classes resume in Kilcoona Social Centre on this Monday January 8th @ 8.30pm. Come and join the fun. 
Claregalway & District Day Care Centre will host an Open House at the Centre in Claregalway Village on Sunday 14th January from 4-6pm. The plan to build a new Day Centre along with 14 independent living accommodation for the older person are in place and construction will start early 2018.  If you would like to know more about this development or the day care centre services, please join us on the day, all are welcome.
